The thermolds I have seen seem to work OK.

But since your post made me curious, I went and swapped a Pmag follower into an Orlite magazine.
A little work with a needle nose on the spring made it hook right into the follower and basepiece. The follower seems to move freely and not bind at all. Sadlt, I won't be able to testfire anytime soon, but it may work
