I'm casting another vote for the Trijicon HD sights. Most night sights are all the same at night (three tritium dots). But where the HDs really stand out is during the daytime: they have a flat-black U-notch rear with a bright orange or yellow-green front sight. Also, the rear U-notch is wide enough to make sight acquisition very fast; it gives you plenty of daylight visible on each side of the front sight even if you're using an isosceles stance.
