LOL, yeah, I understand that word dremel scares many of you here but what I did was take my 3 m-44's and use the felt wheels and "eraser" tips to shine up my bolt, sear, raceways and what I could reach of the chamber. I used that red wax polishing compound that Dremel supplies in their polishing kits and took my time.

None of them are quite like jeweled Sako custom actions, but it did help considerably and was especially noticeable in the two I scoped.
