It's true. not a misprint. I called Hodgdon. I loaded some up and got to 40.5 before I said no more. My best load was 39.0 with a 55gr HPBT
What it really means is your good to go but don't use a compressed load.

Noticed something on Hodgdon website.
I was looking at .22-250Rem data and noticed that the max charge of H380 in every bullet weight is 41gr. Think this this is a misprint?
