The only problem that I seriously saw in this situation is that you allowed someone to get into your "personal" space with out going into a higher mental readiness state. You probably already took a table to the rear of the restaraunt, sat with your back facing the wall so you could observe the room, and then you let your guard down and allowed yourself to get hemmed up by some kid.
But then I understand it is a hypothetical situation. If I were in that situation, I believe that my wife would probably have gassed his ass for grabbing me, and then there would be hell to pay. Next come the lawsuits, one for the restarant, one for the kid, one for the parents for raising such a dumb ass kid, and heck, even some more lawsuits just to be a pain. Of course then I would file for battery for the idiot grabbing me.
Hmmmm..I've never owned a restaraunt chain..I wonder. At the least I could swing a deal for free buffet for me and my guests any time I wish for the rest of my life..lol
