The one I saw seemed to be a well made gun. If you're interested in it as a collector's piece -- or for fun at the range, get it.
But if you're thinking about really using it as a pocket gun, I'd go for something more potent than the .25 acp (which is hard to find and expensive.)
A number of small .32 or .380 are probably available for similar (or lower) price and would serve you better as a self-protection weapon, be easier and cheaper to feed, and much easier and find parts for, if it ever broke.
