Any class III dealer who is worth his or her name will practically hand-hold you through the entire process. They are as invested in having all the legal aspects of the purchase done perfectly as you are.

So really, it starts with a phone call (or in this case, an email).

I can suggest no one i would rather do business with than Mr. Steve Ou who owns Spreadfire Arms in (well, near) Austin, TX.

Not sure if he posts here, but go over to www.thefiringline.com and look up Spreadfire Arms and tell him what you want. I recommend him without reservation!
