24/H110/CCI-350 with a cast 262 grain Kieth SWC & a heavy crimp comes out of my 7 1/2" barreled Blackhawk at ~1350+ with a few individual shots hitting 1400 on occasion. Sorry, nothing on the shorter tubes. I've read in a couple places that H110 and W296 come from the same manufacturer, my own tests show that they give virtually identical velocities for identical loads over my old PACT chrono.
