Yeah, some of my personal favorites from an incident best forgotten ...
"I'll just toss the spare tire out right here in camp, because I'll need the cargo space to haul the deer if we get one." Wait for it.
"I think this dirt road will get better." They never do.
"Well, we've come too far to turn back now." Really? And going forward will improve the situation, how?!
"Don't worry, the tires are good... " Ker-thunk.
"... and I've got a spare." No you don't, you dummy, it's back at camp.
Do you know how far eight miles is, on foot?
