IIRC, Rob Pincus and crew detached Valhalla from Elk Mountain Resort and transformed it into I.C.E. Training. Elk Mountain wanted to return to their original vision of being a luxury resort for gunnies vs. a training site a la Gunsite. Seems like being a training site was a better idea, not many people out there want to spend their days in the kill house and their nights sipping champagne and eating caviar.
