Rich, it can be done, but it's a pain in the ass.
Here's what you have to do: Find the .cgi profile for the member in question and download it. Change the file name, and the name inside the profile itself, and reupload in ASCII format. Change permissions to 777.
It takes enough time to do this that I usually just delete the profile in question, it's faster, and it gives the person in question a chance to make any updates they wanted in their email, sig, or homepage right then and there.
