This is is how the USPS delivered it.
Just half the front cover in a plastic bag with a printed statement that they appologize of the condition it was in.
My thought is where is the rest of the magazine? Was it shredded or damaged beyond the capability of sending it with the cover? Was is missing altogether? Was it stolen?
I called SWAT mag customer service and the lady said she'll get another issue out to me. Hopefully faster than the 4 weeks she said it will take.
