Yeah, just bell the mouth back out when de-priming. There should be a .30 caliber ball that holds the depriming pin that will push out any wrinkles.

Then, during bullet seating and crimping, any outwards expansion will be gotten rid of.

I do this with .400corbon bottleneck pistol cases that get dinged when I step on them or they get abused during extraction.
