@Marquezj16 Ruger replaced the parts, I'm not sure if I have any pics but I will look and if I have any i will post them. I'm not aware if there was a particular production range that exhibited this problem except to say that Ruger was aware of the problem. I have an LC9 as well and I have had no problems with it after several hundred rounds.
