Thanks for the clarification.

I'm frankly surprised KY has this statute. VA state law allows carry on higher education campuses, but leaves it up to them whether or not you can carry. It's a trespassing charge if you refuse to leave, and students can get expelled...but to my knowledge it's not a criminal charge.
