The S&W M&P15-22 is a very nice rifle, I love the one my buddy has. I went with the Colt M4 22lr and have been quite pleased with it. It and the 15-22 have been reliable with Federal and Winchester value pack from Walmart. Both have held up to long shooting sessions. Each has advantages but no major complaints with either rifle.
