Yes, so does standard DA/SA.
Second strike capability is, IMO, of limited use. The vast majority of schools teach tap, rack, bang. Now of course in the heat of things you might pull the trigger more than once regardless and in doing so set off the round. But It's not the recommended practice to just keep clicking away.
