I don't know, but it may be true that:

1) WW-748 bulk powder is the father of Hodgdon BL-C(2) and Ramshot TAC canister powders.

2) Ramshot has been selling TAC for some time with an anti Copper fouling additive.

H335 is faster than BL-C(2)/TAC / CFE223.

But BL-C(2)/TAC and CFE223 are grouped together in the Hodgdon burn chart.
