Nice and simplistic, but it doesn't mean no rapes, home invasions, kidnappings, robbery, and myriad of violent crimes committed against people.
No guns means no shootings only stops the ability of a citizen to deter them. 110 lb female, 200 lb rapist....a gun in her hands changes everything, and that's one of the protections provided by the second amendment.

I'm afraid of ladders, so let's eliminate them? I don't really care what you are afraid of...if you don't like guns...don't own one it's that simple.
