His LEA has accused him and another officer of defrauding the city of Worker's Comp benefits. Apparently, he wa injured OTJ, and made a claim, which was being paid out. I've witnessed a few 'witchhunts' before, so I don't think one should view anything negatively just yet. He has contributed so much to the LE training community and others, and I wish him well.
