If you intend to call Dillion for anything, use their regular phone number, tried calling the toll free 800 number several times over 2 days and nothing but busy signal. Had made 2 calls to them a week apart, first to order a bent decapping bolt, got right thru then put in cue for 30 minutes, arrived 4 days later free under warranty. Discovered I had lost the carbide expander somehow, same thing 30 minutes in cue.

Good luck getting a press or dies, had .308 dies and tool head back ordered, finally arrived 3 weeks later.
