If they tell you send it back insist on a return label.

You can buy the parts on eBay much much cheaper and replace them your self. Do a search on eBay and you will see what I mean. I will never send nor have a Glock armeror look at mine when I can replace the parts my self for less then the labor and hastle. I've already got extra parts in my range bag. All the springs, ejector and pins. I can change out slides with my son in laws and he me if we suspect the extractor or the firing pin. My g22 is late model, I've had great performsnce from it!
