+1 to the hi-power. Dont carry one personally but its a helluva gun

I have to ask though if you've tried the Springfields with the small grip panels installed? I won't say that they are as slender as the hi-powers but the difference can be significant. I would say give em both a shot or at least a hold and see what comes of it.
