It's hard to coach or help someone without watching them shoot.

I will stir you to the CMP Bookstore, lots of good information for just about any type shooting you want.

But as mentioned, nothing beats a good coach, one on one.

Our shooting sports depends on us helping each other. You see it all the time at matches, people giving advice and help to their competitors.

I've never seen any one refuse to help another when asked and I've been shooting competition for over 35 years.
