for my main CCW (sig p239) I have 4 "go to" mags and about a dozen other range mags and enough components to build at least 6 more (springs, followers, mag body, etc..)... ( i usually carry 1 mag in the gun and 1 mag in a single mag holster and rotate mags each week)
i like to have at least 4 excellent quality mags and at least the same number of range mags for each pistol i own. (same with rifles)...
of course some guns like my AR's, 92 and 96's and 1911's I have considerably more mags....
