I got the free bullets within two weeks after submitting the paperwork. This was in September/October of 2012, however.
...now, all bets are off.
PS - The free bullets were not worth it. I will not buy anything from Hornady in the future. - bad quality control is a huge problem for them these days.
...why tear your hair out over a few free bullets? It is not worth it to me.
avoid hornady products.
