That's a bummer SB, when did this policy change occur?
I have never had to put up a card. When I tried to use my Yahoo email they asked for a card. I used an email on an inactive .com which I own, my account was opened. I was wondering if my account status had changed so I tested my account by placing a bid on an item where the reserve is not met. The seller has low feedback however. Any way here it is for the GB guys.
