Buffalo Bore lists chronograph info for each round, so yes if that is what is says. From what I have seen Underwood delivers as well and at times, more than advertised. Actually, you will get more according to Buffalo Bore.

Item 19D/20-125gr. Jacketed Hollow Point = 1707 fps"
You can take the Buffalo Bore numbers to the bank so you would be north of 1,700 fps - Crazy fast
