I'd buy an excellent condition 20 gauge 391 for $600 in an instant. They are very good guns and that is a very fair price.

The 20 gauge is just fine for both skeet and small game. It's not a "severe disadvantage." What most often frustrates new clay shooters is not learning how to shoot the games properly.
