9MM Case Blemish
I spent some time tonight at the reloading bench pulling some 9MM bullets. I noticed some strange blemishes on a few cases. Attached is a picture of the largest blemish. This was not there when I loaded the cases the first time. Any idea what it is and is the case still safe?
