Prior to serving as the interim director of the ATF, B. Todd Jones was U.S. Attorney in Minnesota. This week the former director of the FBI office in Minneapolis publicly denounced Jones nomination (http://www.startribune.com/local/189296311.html). It should be very interesting to see how this develops especially in light of the bad press the ATF has been getting lately.
