Is it possible that the cylinder could be repaired. Possibly a sleeve could be fitted to the bad chamber. Do you have any local gunsmiths that would take a look at it? I noticed that Numrich Arms has Smith Model 66 cylinders in stock. One of them should be compatible with your 19.
