Well said and as on two occasions, they never did get back to me. I have had better luck over the phone. Their website explains the repair procedure and it's important to enclose a note, stating the problems "first" and then "suggest" what you like them to do. The note is very important. Just send it off to the repair address and I assure you, they will take care of it just fine.
