Made by Manufactures d'Armes Bayonne in France, sold here by Winfield Arms Corp. in California in the 1950s. MAB/WAC. I don't know the dollar value now, back then they were the same price as a Ruger Standard... $36.50. Probably a lot of that went to import duty.
