Since you barrel slugged at .356, you may want to look at light .358 mold. I would sized to .357 or .358 for best results. My Sig slugs at .3565" and I size at .358 with great results. I personally shoot the Lee 358-158 RF out of my Sig. It is heavy for 9mm, but it is extremely accurate. I would not shoot a .356 lead bullet out of a barrel slugging at .356". The key is to use a bullet 1-2 thousandths over groove diameter. Good luck!
