Surely not too "high". Depends, but these guys who did buy a G27 new for $500 got a deal.

I buy/sell tons locally. Well right now a G27 with 2-3 hi-cap mags goes for $550-625 easily.

But yeah I'd say $450 is a normal good price, but there are definitely people who will pay $500-550 right now easily for one.

Also FYI, they sell the "Homeland Security" Glocks, basically they're for LEO, military, etc.

I can get them all day at my local firearm store for $429, also they come with 3 mags, instead of 2. One for the gun, and two for your duty holster. Obviously you gotta be law enforcement, etc to buy them. But I believe even fire-fighters and such are "Homeland Security", so maybe you have a friend who could get you one for that price.
