My favorite 45ACP load is:
Lyman #452460 cast 200gr SWC with Alox Lube
4.0 gr Bullseye powder
WLP Primer
Works great in my Gold Cup, it's about the only load I ever use. BTW I use mixed brass and don't segregate by OAL. I'll buy your brass from you if you don't reload.
