Those extractors don't generally fail even if they are mildly damaged, but that said, I'd fix it anyway.
Mag springs are pretty cheap, I'd buy 2 and keep a spare around.
Extended mag. Pretty cool if you really think you need one, But they make the gun a bit unwieldy for indoors.
Butt pad. They make a 1 inch thick one that really helps.
