Hornady lists 63.2 grains of IMR 4831 as maximum for the 110gr. Interbond so the load level is not light? Recommended to use Federal 215 magnum primers in this caliber. Possibility of incomplete combustion of the entire powder charge? Weak primer ignition? Anyway it does look like not enough pressure to force the neck and shoulders out to seal the gas which causes the case to buckle? Tumbling media blocking the primer pocket flash hole? Just low pressure for sure.
