Ditto on the trigger pull. We got ours a couple of weeks ago for my wife's CCW.
I view a long pull as a valuable safety feature.
My son hates it. He tries to anticipate the break (like his CZ-75B) when target shooting with it...and gets totally frustrated. But as said above, it's intended use is self-defense- not target. Pull the trigger like a revolver and it's long- but not gritty in the least and quite smooth.
