Almost any place that sells snap caps, especially the red/orange plastic ones should have them in .22lr.

My dealer advised me to simply put the Walther P22 safety on and that will keep the hammer from impacting the firing pin. I am not sure how much dry-firing the safety would withstand. But you can do it this way.
