A Model 57 is really nothing special ( in my opinion ) it is not even a real Colt. Now that 1939 K98 , in good condition and original, would probably beat out the 57 in an auction by a couple of hundred bucks. Oh, if I only had a time machine to correct all the wrongs committed in the past.
