Say what? Oh, ear protection.

Once, when I was 18 or so, I got a Hawes .44 magnum SA revolver. And of course a box of .44 Magnums. I fired one round without hearing protection. Ears were ringing for a week!

I wear muffs ALL the time when I shoot.
