Well, I'm from central Arkansas, and I know that there is Jefferson County Gun club that hold 600yd range matches as well as other matches, just really all depends on what you're wanting to shoot.

Also, Benton Gun club has two long range matches a month. First and fourth Saturdays I believe, may want to double check that.

Tulsa Red Castle gun club has one 2nd Saturday of the month, like March-November.

Memphis (MSSA) has one on 4th Saturday of every month. Easiest way is to check out their sites.

These are the closest I've found. There a place in Mississippi that has them too. Just get in and check out their websites. I'm going to Tulsa this weekend to shoot in their 600yd match. It also really all depends on what you want to shoot as well.
