then we are going to GIVE them to them
if we dont want to get thrown in jail
semantics......
like the guy i was arguing with about the ny ban....if we register, then
when we die, the state police will come and remove them
(non transferable to your estate or progeny)
the guy said: what do you care? you will be dead and it wont matter
