The very first day I had my new 28 gauge P-gun out an older gentleman put a very large ding in the stock while the gun was in the rack. I saw it happen. He didn't say a word to me and giving him the benefit of the doubt he might not even have known what he did. Sure I was fuming but having a confrontation with the old gent wasn't going to solve the problem. A few months later when I need some adjustments made to the stock the offending scar was fixed and now the stock looks like new again. Life's too short and accidents happen.
