I was wondering about the fitting or barrel/cylinder gap isssue, but I didn't realize Ruger worried about it! The other convertable revolvers I've seen and owned weren't exactly hand fitted. Seems like they could just provide a cylinder and make the sale.
As for ebay - I will continue to look, but no luck so far.
