I have owned 2 of the three guns at one time or another. Never owned the Bersa .380, just the 9mm. They all have roughly the same pros and cons.
Pros:
Small, easy to conceal, inexpensive, decent self defense rounds
Cons:
Limited capacity, sometimes unreliable (for some people, none of mine had problems)
Of the three, if I had to choose one, I would go with the Kel Tec PF9 again. The Taurus model 85 is a good gun, if you don't get a lemon. The Bersa 9mm just felt cheaply made to me and it was a bad purchase made out of mostly curiosity.
Have you looked at the Kel Tec P11? It is a little larger than the PF9 but it holds more rounds. (7+1 vs 10+1)
