Shipped mine back on 9/4 then about 3 weeks later I recived an email from SA saying it should be returned 10/4 and now they say they haven't even finalized a solution yet? Sounds like either the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing or someone is flat blowing smoke up our butts. Just my humble opinion
