Personally I think the Yugos are a better value if you're looking for a shooter. The bore won't be chrome lined but that's not a huge issue to me. They're fairly accurate and can be had almost new for under $400. I doubt you'll find an almost new Chinese or Russian for under $400 any more. For collector value, Russian would be the way to go unless you can find a good deal on one of the more rare versions (E. German maybe).
